Looks like Napster is in trouble again.

Personally I can’t see them ever getting all the copyrighted material off their service without changing from a default allow all policy to a default deny all policy. The trouble with that is that only allowing songs through that are supposed to be traded freely cuts the number of songs available to a fraction of what it is now. This in turn will cause users to stop using the service and find alternatives elsewhere, effectively killing their business or selling banner ads or whatever it is they do to make money.
